My run today was an 8 mile run that was supposed to be a 7 mile run. I used an untested route and ended up hitting a few dead ends. It didn’t matter though, I have a fabulous run. I probably could have kept going. I started with a very cold high 30’s temperature here in sunny Florida. Once the sun worked its magic, the temperature was perfect. I really wish all my runs were like today. Great conditions.
